Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
• Course activity: the courses you join, your access period, live classes and certificates.
• Payment records: the amount, date, course and a payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay, our payment partner — we never see or store them.
• Messages you send us through forms, enquiries or the community chat.

• To create your account, give you access to the courses you pay for, and issue receipts and certificates.
• To process payments and refunds, and to keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
• To send you important messages about your account, payments and classes.
• To answer your questions and improve our courses.

We don’t sell your information. We share only what is needed with:

• The faculty who run a course you join (your name, and payment and access details for that course).
• Razorpay, to take payments and refunds.
• Zoom, when you join a live class.
• Our hosting and database providers, who store data for us securely.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember simple settings. We don’t use advertising trackers.

We keep your account while it’s active. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, even if you close your account.

You can update your name from your profile at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or close your account, email support@pemmedical.in.

Your data is stored with access controls so each person sees only what they’re allowed to. Payments run on Razorpay’s secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout.
