Terms of Service
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms apply when you create an account, buy a course or join a live class on this website, run by PEM Medical Education. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password private. Your account is for you alone — don’t share it. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
2. Courses and access
- Each course page shows its price and access period (for example 1 year). Access starts on the day you pay and ends at the end of that period.
- Courses are for your own personal learning. Don’t record, download, copy, share or resell course material, recordings or live-class links.
- We may update course content, faculty or schedules to keep courses useful.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where it applies.
- Payments are taken securely by Razorpay. You get a receipt in your dashboard for every payment.
- Part of your payment may go directly to the faculty who teach the course; this doesn’t change what you pay.
4. Delivery
Courses are delivered online. Access is given in your student dashboard right after a successful payment — usually within a minute. Nothing is shipped.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. A full refund ends your access to the course.
6. Certificates
Certificates are issued by the course faculty after you complete a course. Each one has a number anyone can verify on our website. We may revoke a certificate issued by mistake or obtained unfairly.
7. Conduct
Be respectful in live classes and the community chat. We may suspend accounts that abuse others, share paid material, or misuse the platform.
8. Medical disclaimer
Our courses are educational and meant for students and practitioners of homoeopathy. They are not medical advice for any individual patient.
9. Liability
We work hard to keep the site and classes running, but we can’t promise they’ll never be interrupted. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
